Welcome to the Global Summit on Medication Safety in Home Care (CA22152), a crucial event aimed at addressing patient safety within home care environments, with a special focus on supporting informal caregivers.

Hosted at the Miguel Hernandez University, this summit will bring together experts from across the globe to discuss challenges and share innovative strategies for improving medication safety and caregiver resilience. The hybrid format will facilitate both in-person and online participation, ensuring a broad exchange of knowledge and experiences.
