Learning, sharing and creating together in Zagreb
From 2 to 4 September 2026, trainees and trainers from across Europe met at the Andrija Štampar School of Public Health (University of Zagreb), hosted by the University Hospital Centre Zagreb, for three days of hands-on work on engaging caregivers in patient safety at home.
What trainees learned
Trainees took a 15-question knowledge quiz on caregiving and medication safety before and after the school.
overall correct answers after the school (81.5% before)
overall improvement in knowledge
gain in medication safety, the largest of any topic
questions answered correctly by every trainee afterwards
