The session will look back at the lessons learned from BetterCare’s gender balance activities so far, and look ahead to future aspirations for gender equity within the Action. The agenda includes a review of the Action’s gender balance work, reflections from participants of the mentor-mentee sessions, and a talk on the gender gap faced by women physicians in their research careers, followed by an open discussion.
