📅 9–10 October – Presentation by Nida Abed (University Miguel Hernández, Spain)

“BetterCare COST Action: an overview”

An important meeting took place in Vilnius, co-organised by Eurocarers together with the Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences (Day 1) and the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences (Day 2) 🇱🇹🤝.

The event addressed key topics such as the ethics of involving carers’ organisations in research, recent advances in support solutions, the wellbeing of carers, and strategies to enhance care outcomes 🧠💙.

The meeting brought together researchers and organisations from 15 different countries 🌍, strengthening collaboration between research, policy, and practice in the field of informal care. This exchange of perspectives and expertise is helping to build more supportive, evidence-based approaches for carers across Europe. 💬✨
